Frequently asked questions
How does the live station cost calculator work?
Choose the stations or bundles you want, set DIY or staff-served set package for each, and enter your number of guests from 100 to 500. The calculator adds each station’s price for 100 guests, the per-guest rate for every extra guest, and the $100 delivery, manpower and setup fee.
Is the calculator price final?
It is an estimate based on our listed prices. Send us your date, venue and guest count on WhatsApp and we will confirm a personalised quote.
What if I have fewer than 100 guests?
See our small gathering packages, which start at 50 guests. For fewer than 50 guests, WhatsApp us and we will put something together.
What is not included in the estimate?
Additional service hours are $50 per hour. Standard service is 3 hours. Free customisation such as topper stickers, menu boards and signage is included at no extra charge.
